•  Avoid wringing it out, as this can distort the shape and stretch out the fabric.
• Lycra fabric is sensitive to heat, so if ironing is necessary, use the lowest heat setting or a garment steamer.
•  Always iron the shirt inside out and place a cloth between the iron and the fabric to prevent direct contact with the heat.
